Homeparent Opportunities

Our homeparents are the frontline workers of our ministry. The work they do has a lasting impact on the children in their homes, the schools they partner with, the communities they immerse themselves in, and the church they serve. The homeparent role is the most important role within the ministry. It’s the most challenging and the most rewarding. At Shiloh Christian Children’s Ranch, your co-workers are your neighbors, your family, your friends, and your partners. If you are searching for a career that prioritizes family, allows you to share your faith with others, celebrates your victories, challenges you daily, inspires you to try harder, and encourages you when you don’t think you can keep going, look no further.

With the addition of two new homes, we are currently accepting applications for homeparents. Please visit the job description below to learn more about this position.
