Shiloh supporters came and gave their hearts and talents!

If you were one of the fantastic work groups that blessed our Shiloh ranch site this summer, you can attest to the crazy, unrelenting, constant, wonderful, and incredible amount of activity that was happening each day this summer! If you were and you are reading this, thank you from the bottom of our Shiloh Family’s heart!

We had the honor of hosting nine work groups over the summer, and they were just what the ranch site needed. And the size of the work groups was one of the largest on record. With all the regular projects we normally have for our work groups, we added the construction of our two new homes to the list. They had their jobs cut out for them. And if you are from the Midwest, you know what the weather and temperatures can be in June and July. Hot, humid, sunny, wet, and downright unbearable at times. It did not matter what the conditions were, our work groups put all their heart, back, arms, legs, feet, and energy into accomplishing the tasks that they were given.

One of our Shiloh Work Groups

I share this because it reflects the dedication of our Shiloh Family, both on our ranch site and you as our Shiloh Family Donors. Our Homeparents are still homeparents during this work group season. When all this activity is going on, all the painting, landscaping, construction, cleaning, etc..they still are caring, loving, and overseeing their Shiloh children. Add to that, the homeparents are preparing meals, answering questions, leading individual projects, and maintaining their homes as usual. They don’t miss a beat, because they love our work groups so much.

And you, our Shiloh Family Donors, are the reason we can host our work groups. You give to Shiloh so we can have the opportunity to have a vision to grow our ministry and make sure we maintain our facilities so we can effectively do the ministry God has given us to accomplish. Whether or not you are a member of a work group, you are just as important because of your love, prayers, and support for our ministry. That is what makes our Shiloh Family such an awe inspiring group of brothers and sisters in Christ.

We invite you to contact us and schedule a visit to come and see all the great projects that the work groups completed and the progress of our two new homes being constructed.  All this is due to your commitment and dedication to Shiloh and our children.

Thank you so much for your prayers and please feel our appreciation and love to each of you, our Shiloh Family.

In Christ’s love,

Mark
